Assassin/Ninja Help Black Dex Build

Using a black with 26% thunder 23% fire and 23% spell, 6/4 steal. Put 2 tier6 1tier5 thunder powder into it.
Any thoughts on armour ? For accessories I got 2 2/4 concentration.
Also btw, how does steal work? ( life steal/ mana steal )

Black with 2 thunder 1 fire powders (tier 4)

I get over 10k hp, ~400-800 melee (super fast attack speed), ~5-10k spin attacks, ~12k multihit's, ~19k smokebombs. Also have alright elemental defenses because the armour kinda counters each other, and I have 13/4s mana steal, and some lifesteal/hp regen from Exhaustion. My raw skill points are 72 dex 46 int 80 def, maybe you want to replace the boots for something that doesn't require as much defense if you want more dex.

The dmg is pretty much the same as this one ^, even slightly better and it's way tankier; though it's more expensive.
