I think I broke something...

 

It's just a glitched item, you can keep it if you want but I'd just throw it out. You can't sell it.

 

Think that's just some stuffs of the old times.

I kept a Montefiore before, until Salted killed it one day.

 

As @JuicedBananas said, the old item is a glitched item from pre-Gavel. The accent on the old item glitched up the item somehow, and because of that it can't convert to the new identification system.

You can keep the item, but selling or giving it to anyone is against the rules and a bannable offense. Either keep it for nostalgia reasons, or throw it out to make bank space.
