Buying A Full Build

Will literally buy a full build for either the archer or mage class. lvl 90s+
Nothing too expensive, not a very rich man.
I can take a half completed build too but you'll have to tell me what's missing and what IDs I need on them.

Main points in the build I would like is that I can handle hits and be able to recover easily, considerably high dps (damage per second) and the build is for PvE. I would prefer the build to be elemental rather than just neutral damage but if it's good enough for the price I can work with that fine. I also do not mind which element you go towards.

All up I pretty much would like a generic build that works good against PvE with a nice price.

Sorry not interested in a speed build. I just want a generic build where I can kill mobs with ease and able to fight with bosses because right now i'm rockin with level 70-80 gear at level 92 and I can tell ya, it's not fun.
