    They just drop off mobs around that level, except Sodeta which are a quest reward from the level 66 quest "Lost Soles"

    It should spawn when you enter the boss fight.

    Throw 12 zombie eyes into the "Tribal Sanctuary" hopper to be teleported to the boss fight.

    Yeah i figured it out earlier. Got a 1/4 that need 100 int but i dont have that much lol
