Zhight Money -> Emeralds?

Can you transfer Zhight Money into emeralds?
Is that possible?

No, you can't transfer Zhight Money into emeralds. Here's what you can try to do with the money instead:
1) Buy the Wisdom Potions and use them next time you are grinding xp.
2) Try to sell the Zhight Money to players (though that will be hard to do).
3) Just throw the Zhight Money out if it's taking up bank/inventory space.

But really, they should add a Zhight Money to Emerald converter merchant. Why does Rymek have one for their gold ingots but Zhight Money has nothing?

 

You pay emeralds to get zhight money which buy services on the island. There's one quest in the whole game that gives Zhight Money, while the mesa has a lot more quests, especially with the gameplay update.

 

I will say that the Zhight quest is not the only way to get the money for free. The Seaskipper captain gives the money away fairly frequently, so players who don't have a lot of money or aren't the right level to use Wisdom potions have no use for it.

That's why I suggested adding a converter. Also, since the only use for the potions is grinding, some higher level players would rather sell the money for emeralds rather than buying the potion.

 

The potions affect quest xp, at least they used to not sure if they changed that, but you can ge shift money from emeralds. There is a merchant on the island

 

I'm pretty sure that the Gameplay Update removed all "xp modifying" effects from quest xp. This included double xp bombs, xp armor, and the Wisdom potions.

And you can buy the Zhight Money from a merchant, but it's very expensive and in the case of earning the money you typically have to buy at least one piece to buy a potion (the Seaskipper Captain gives you three pieces, but a Wisdom potion costs four Zhight Money).
