Tisaun's Proof

Make WEAPONS like Tisaun's Proof, which have the id for bonus tier attack speed, as fast as they are without the id bonus and then remove the id tier attack speed bonus.

For example: Fast + 2 ---> Super Fast + 0.

My reasoning is that a Fast +2 Tisaun's has the spell damage multiplier of a Fast Tisaun's Proof rather than a Super Tisaun's Proof, thus underpowering it when the removal of tier attack ids affecting spell damage was meant to help items like Taurus and to stop the use of Cancer-Taurus.

 

Tisaun's Proof has a chance to be +1 Tier Attack Speed...

 

True but the only used Tisaun's Proofs (Which there are many of) are the ones with +2 which is why it should just be changed to Super Fast.

 

I think that it has +spell damage to make up for this. It's more focused on melee than spell damage.

 

So? That doesn't change the fact that there are some that are +1, so you shouldn't mess up that balance by making it only +2. (Besides, consider a Tisaun's Proof with perfect stats in everything except Attack Tier Speed. Wouldn't you use that, as opposed to one with nothing good but attack tier speed?)

 

Tisaun's proof isn't overpowered anyways
