    tl;dr: help pls

    In the 10 or so months I have played Wynncraft, one thing has always prevented me from enjoying the game.

    OpenGL Error: 1285 (Out of memory)

    I have no logical explanation as to why this exists. My memory in the F3 menu is clearly stable (50-70% Allocated, 40% Memory used). My only guess is that the world of Wynncraft is so big that my Minecraft can't handle loading all the blocks. I also am using Optifine on Minecraft 1.8.9.

    The second I walk ~100 blocks away from where I first log in, this message pops up. If I use a Rodoroc teleportation scroll from Detlas, this message pops up. If I so much as afk for 2-3 minutes, this message pops up.

    Spamming F3+A around 300 times seems to prevent the error from showing up as much, but ultimately it delays the inevitable. Whenever Error 1285 appears, parts of the world will stop loading until I force a debug chunk reload. If I /hub and go to a different world, all the textures are replaced with white/blank colors. Sometimes, if I travel long distances in the world (Ex. Cinfras to Thesead), the game straight up crashes and reopening Minecraft from the launcher doesn't fix this issue. I have to close the launcher and launch the whole thing again.

    Things I have tried:
    -Disabling Optifine
    Ok, the OpenGL error no longer appears if I'm not using Optifine. The thing is, vanilla minecraft still crashes at random intervals. When it does, the crash log states that it was a GL error that caused this.
    -Allocating more memory
    I tried setting the JVM arguements to have -Xmx2G, but it doesn't change a thing. The OpenGL Error still shows up even though I barely started my session.
    -Installing the newest Java
    This is more of a problem with my PC. I can install the newest version, but Minecraft will refuse to launch with anything newer than Java 8 Update 51.
    -Update graphics drivers
    I updated them, nothing changed. The graphics card is Intel (may state specifics later)

    So, is there anyone in the community who has this problem or knows how to fix it? Thanks. If this is not in the correct section, please move it to the appropriate one.
    Thanks, Zyrbaiakor

    It's my way to fix this.
    Press Esc->setting->go to the setting of render->randomly increase/decrease the render->quit the menu->fixed
    Yet it will still happen again after u travel more

    Pretty easy fix, re-download optifine for like 1.8.8, and then use that one.

    That should fix it

    @Zyrbaiakor

    The problem is with optifine itself, it's just used too much memory. Staring fresh should fix it

    Make sure you're using 64 bit Java. Also, try disabling all the Java arguments and running the game with the default ones. If this doesn't work try reinstalling Minecraft.
