Assassin/Ninja Help Want To Do More Damage On My Water Assassin. Please Help

Weapon: currently using a rather bad rewind

How can I
1. Deal more damage
2. Have more agility skill points
3. Not have negative health regen
4. Keeping the same int and mana regen?

well, in my eyes that's not a water assasin but a raw spell damage one(which is good for multihit and smoke bomb). more damage is only possible if you get for example a full jester set (adds 200 raw spell damage) or invest skillpoints in str or dexterity. probably dexterity since you already have 45 in it for Soul Signal and dark channeler.
As a weapon I suggets slider since it also has raw spell damage.
But this is no water build, but raw spell damage one. If youw ant a water build use nirvana or hive dagger with full t6 wate powders or a specialist with 2t6 powders

 

well does raw spell apply on EACH HIT of multihit?

 

Yep. Using this same build I did 12000 multi hits with alazarin.
