Why Is Thrundacrack So Good?

It doesn't have that amazing dmg compared to things like cue stick or hive infused(T6 thunder powders) so why can it do so much more dmg than a more damaging spear with the the same build?

Does Tier Attack Speed still matter in spell dmg?

 

The base tier still factors in, it is just the +tier Id boosting spell damage which was removed.

Yes and it's .7 on slow 1.5 on fast

The spell damage multiplier also corresponds with the attack speed, so super slow for example puts an approximately 0.5x multiplier on spell damage

 

What is the spell damage multiplier?

 

Only the base tier attack, which the spell multiplier is already listed here. Spell damage does not change, either having negative or positive tier attack.
