Mage/Dark Wizard Hppeng's Build Service

Hi! Got bored, figured I should try doing this after seeing the other build threads suggest a water build with -35% water damage.

EDIT: Level 100-ish range builds. Sorry if this doesn't fit your needs.

RULES:
- I only do 1 request at a time. I don't build off wynnapps, and if I give you a build, it means I've personally tested it and found that it is competitive and practical.

- If you want a build with a mythic, I will try to test it with a subsitute, but it won't be the same. No guarentees there.

- That also means I can only make archer and mage builds at the moment. Maybe more in the future :)

- Expect long turnaround times.

but srsly the bigger threads need to up their game. I saw a build that went something like

They put in suppressions. for "More mana".

Hi! Sorry for the late response.

I can't seem to find the last piece, but you can try this for now. It does not have super high walk speed, but averages 7k meteores and is relatively low-budget.

In short:

Soul Signal

Bonder

100+, wybel required

Helmet: Morph-stardust. Mana regen, skp, good defense.
Chestplate: Soul signal. Spell damage and skp.
Or boreal-patterned for walk speed, damage, and mana, but I haven't tested that yet.
Leggings: Vaward. Skp and spell damage.
Boots: Capricorn. Skp, spell damage, and walk speed. Also mana regen.

Rings: Mix facile or concentration. Facile gives spell damage and skp, and is relatively common. Concentration gives more mana.

Raging wind, for walk speed, air damage, and agility points.
Bracelet: Nebulous. More damage, more defense.
Necklace: Morph-Ruby. More skill points.

Wand: Bonder/Lament. Powder with water 6s on lament, and 2 water + 1 thunder + 1 air in bonder, in that order.

Skill points: Place 93 in intel, (3-mana meteore), then invest in dexterity or agility depending on whether you prefer damage or defense.

Strategy:
This build is very well-balanced, designed for PvE while still being semi-competitive PvP. With agility, you can dodge most attacks while dealing decent damage with spells. In PvE, use teleport to your advantage: It blinds enemies, allowing you to attack without being attacked.

Final hp: Around 12-13k. Not a glass cannon.
Raw defenses:
-80 Earth
150 thunder
285 water
210 air
130 fire
---------

I'll look into more walkspeed, but doing so may sacrifice defense and damage, if that's OK with you.

Yeah, I'm not the person to ask for glass builds. I try to keep my builds balanced and practical.

I'll try to squeeze more damage in. If you count crits, build does up to 14k :)

Here's a glass cannon build, if you want more damage:

Cumulonimbus
Soul signal (Boreal patterned, but I don't have it.)
Dark channeler
Capricorn

Raging wind
Reminder
Squid Anklet
Errant

Bonder, air powders or water powders. Or lament with water powders if you can get your hands on one.

Bonder averages 9k, often hits 10-14k damage.

Lament can consistently do around 10k meteores.

40%-ish walk speed, and 6/4s-12/4s mana regen.
