Getting An Error

My friend is getting this error when she tries to select a class to become. Please help.

 

So, from what I'm guessing, your friend joins a Wynncraft world from the lobby, and upon loading the world she is greeted with an error message and a "select a class" message. Nothing seems to be appearing in terms of a class selection screen.

I received that error message one time, but it was after I selected a class. Afterwards, I could go back in and select the class again with no issues. These are just a few suggestions, though I'm not sure what the true cause of that is:

- Try switching your MC version. The server is based around 1.8.9, although the server can run on any version 1.9 and up.
- Try reinstalling MC to see if you can remove any bugs/glitches in your files. It may help, but I'm not entirely sure.
- Has your friend installed or attempted to install the Wynnpack (resource pack)? If so, did she successfully install it with no errors? You can try and delete the resource pack files (in "server-resourcepacks" within ".minecraft") so you can remove any glitches with that.
- Does your friend have any other mods on? Some mods may be incompatible and may prevent her from entering the game. If you have any mods, try removing those and see if it works.

Those are just a few starter suggestions. Try doing those and see if it fixes anything. If not, it may be more serious and I'd have to get into deeper details in order to help you.
