Where Do Nii Guardians Spawn Lots

I need 132 Nii Runes, so I'm looking for a place with a high spawnrate of Nii guardians

Try looking around the graveyard below the Forbidden Prison, I have found a lot there.

 

I've seen most of them in the Light Forest near the forgery itself.

 

I see a lot next to the forgery and throughout the light forest, as well as the occasional one that wanders near Cinfras.

 

I encountered a lot near Rodoroc's outer entrance, or near Eltom.

Honestly it's hard to tell the "best" spawning place... opinions differ per person based on experience, though the majority of answers seem to point at Light forest and Kander forest.
