    I posted an application about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a response. (for applying to the commandblock dev team)
    I've messaged the admins and done everything I can possibly do.
    anyone else having these problems?

    Make coffee, starting by collecting the most exquisite space coffee beans, hand grinding them using tools made from space metals that were hand crafted for each specific bean.
    Collecting only the purest water from a multitude of planets for the coffee, finding the perfect distance from which to boil the water using a sun

    What else would he do to make his coffee?

    Messaging an admin/mod/other CT member about your application is in no way increasing the speed of your application getting a response. It just makes you look childish. I can tell you nobody on the CT pestered the admins about their applications.

    For my old application, it took 3 months for them to reply!

    Keep in mind that admins get applications every day! And also remember that they are human beings that need to take a break every once and a while!

    Sit tight, your time will come!
