It's probably due to the red stone dust that is powered right above the dropper. If it's already powered by the red stone dust, the torch won't do anything. Try moving that, or replacing it with a repeater, and it should work.

nope, I've checked everywhere else around the dropper, no redstone is powering the dropper. EVEN if there is redstone powering it, the dropper shouldnt get powered when i power it the second time using the same way, right?

btw, that redstone piece beside the dropper is on a slab, not a full block.

It's because redstone torches can't power things below it. If you move the redstone torch next to it or below it, it should work.

Im sorry, could you elaborate on how the machine works before trying to get it fixed?

But, if my assumptions are correct, it's because the redstone torch is 2 blocks above the dropper, not 1, therefore it won't power the dropper.

    Hope I helped.

Feel free to try it out yourself, redstone torches can power droppers below it which has only 1 block gap between them, just like how they does to pistons. But if there is no gap, the redstone dust above the torch will BUD the dropper, which makes it even worse.

But... thanks for willing to help :) I really appreciate that
