Buying Good Legendary Wand For Levels 40-45

My current wand is called Wave Raiser and I can't do a picture since I need to do 10 posts xD

Im looking for offers less than 28eb since i'm pretty poor xD my highest class is a level 43 so don't judge.
If your selling a wand which is around the level area but u want to charge a bit more please tell me the price and i'm sure we can work something out.
