    All you need to complete it is a necklace and a weapon.
    I'd like to sell it as a set but if no-one wants that then I can sell the items seperately I guess
    Leave an offer cuz idk what its worth
    If someone knows how much this would be worth please tell me :3
    Also if this isn't really worth anything (like under 32 LE) then I'll probably keep it
    EDIT: some mlg hipster cat told me that this is probably worth about 1.5-2 stacks, so please offer around that area :D
