Any Class How Do I Remove The Cancer From Cancer?

umm yeah any armor and rings that counter-effect all those negative spell/melee from cancer?

The gimmick of Cancer is to (unless it's a godly good one) make your spell damage completely null and void and make your melee hits super fast (while also reducing them obviously), and when you fall back from the fight, let the poison finish the job.
Unless you go all out poison (please don't), you won't find Cancer to be much useful, especially with the dexterity investement.
That is, if your original plan was to use Cancer and Taurus, well sorry, but that has been fixed

There are a few ways still in the game for you to abuse cancer.

I'd suggest YOU to go and get an amazing specialist. Since %elemental damage works additive instead of multiplicative with %sd / %md.
Meaning that the cancer would only take away the original damage from the weapon, but keep all the extra %elemental damage, which, in the case of the specialist, is over 6/7th of your total damage.

(I suggest this since your highest level is assassin, if any other class I'd probably say cancer + taurus. Which, whilst less amazing and harder to get good, now. Still is very viable.
Or you can just use cancer + taurus + specialist.)
