So I'm looking for a build that utilizes Gale's pretty nice neutral damage to convert into water and making use of very fast attack speed, for the spells.

I'm probably going to have 100 intel 20 dex and 78 agil to start, you can change it a bit if it's needed. I can be using a Cluster/Hive as my secondary and suggest what powder.I don't really wanna spend my life getting a mythic or another hive item. Things like air/water sanctuary might be okay.

    -Thank you very much

First off, Ensa's Resolve is prolly a better water-air bow. But anyways
    Third Eye
    Boreal Patterned Aegis
    Crystal/Water Sanctuary
    Memento/Riverflow
    Moon pool circlet
    Stratus
    Squid Anklet/Follow the Wind
    Errant
    33 dex 98 int 67 Agi

    My current build is
    Third Eye
    Aquarius
    Crystal
    Capricorn
    Kaze
    Raging Wind
    Follow the Wind
    Royal Cyclone Amu

    20 dex, 100 intel, 78 agil
I get around 114% ws and a lot of mr.

Thanks for suggesting some alternatives, I'll be sure to remember Ensa's existence lol, should've thought of it.
