Assassin/Ninja Help I'm Trying To Figure Out My Endgame Build....

So I have hit level 100, and am looking to improve my final builds. These are the builds as they currently stand. I am happy with my poison and speed builds, but my pve/pvp build needs a massive improvement.
(I would prefer to be able to move and to have 8/4 mana regen with a focus on spell dmg and a build for multihitting/smokebombing with the occasional spinattack)
