Mage/Dark Wizard I Need Advice On A Good Water Build

So I use crystal and a Ethereal and a millenium for spll dmg so any suggestion on what i should use would be great! also Im only lvl 73

Lvl 72 is kind of limited. Most of your water/mana regen/spell dmg items are in 80s and 90s such as third eye, memento
Also, for accessories, you could use concentration or suppression if you want that mana regen

I did buy a third eye for the water and mana, Im really trying to find a set about 70-80 cause i can lvl up fast

Hmm i have a spectre, crystal and passus also royal stormy amulet and a decent Ethereal just missing millenium and the Adventourous and concentrations but i do have a jester set on me
