The connection issue you are experiencing isn't related to Wi-Fi problems nor IP problems.
Since the 1.11 Support Update, some players are having the same issue as you are (including myself and all my friends on Skype who plays in the server).
Not entering the technical part, to fix that simply don't use the 1.9/1.10/1.11 versions - use 1.8.x instead -, don't use mods (by mods I mean forge or liteloader) - use a pure minecraft 1.8.x version (Optifine will work as long as you don't use forge).

EDIT: When this bug gets fixed, Wynncraft will say something on Twitter or even here.

Same issue here :/ and nothing works tbh, I've tried 1.8.9, 1.9, 1.10, the modpack, no modpack, every god damned IP in existence, restarting my laptop 50 times, restarting my router a lot too, changing the .net, .org, .com, etc etc etc
I have tried EVERYTHING, and I haven't been able to log in for the entire past day ;-;

BUT, I can get on every now and then, but for the majority of the time, I can't log in, just sometimes ;w;

this is when there is any restarting lobbies (i think) so you must wait a while until you can get in

(it happened to me when servers restarted,they kicked me to a restarted lobby)

 

No, that's not the message it says when you get kicked from the server. That's an issue wynncraft is having after the 1.11 Support update.
