Anyone Else Had This Bug?

this is me standing in the final room for the quest "a grave mistake"

but what is wrong?

i'll tell ya...

nothing has happened, no teleport, no extra dialog nothing...

 

ok so i /kill 'ed myself and went back in and the same stupid thing happened...

*sigh*

well thats 2 soul points down the drain

 

Try going onto another server, see if that will change anything. If it doesn't go through all the houses again and try again.

 

time to be creative with my deaths now XD

i dont think going through the houses will change anything + i did change servers before

oh and i was having a bug before today where i couldn't even get to the last room so i dont trust this quest anymore

 

You have to go through all of the houses again because of how the quest is set up. You will not be able to do the quest if you don't redo the houses.

 

why are both of your weapons a slab? o_O

In regards to the slab glitch, I'm assuming he is an archer and has bows using the Relic Bow texture. The bows use a spruce wood slab as the base block, but the recent texture pack placed the texture on dark prismarine instead. In my signature I have a guide on how to fix the texture glitch (if the original poster wishes to fix it).

In regards to the glitch (if you're still dealing with it), do what @Pretzule said and go through each house cutscene again. Apparently, switching servers when in the middle of the quest can glitch it up, and if you try to continue the quest after a server switch it won't function properly.

 

well that worked... however... as i was going through the cut scene and lagged which got me kicked for flying and got me stuck when i re-logged into the game

guess that's just my luck with this quest, going to try again later but i seem to have no luck with this
