Assassin/Ninja Help Assassin Build That Balances Mana Regen And Walkspeed

I want to use a build that has high mana regen and also decent walkspeed. I'd also like to be able to deal okay damage, it doesn't have to be great though. My priority is Mana regen > walkspeed > DPS. The dagger I'm using right now is Rewind, if there's a better dagger for this build I'm open to replacements. I don't have any level or budget requirements. (I'll be 100 on my assassin by the end of this weekend probably)

Edit: Currently I have an armor set together: Third Eye, Aquarius, Vaward, Capricorn. I also have a Rewind and will be getting a Slider eventually. I'm still not sure which accessories I should use. I think I have enough mana regeneration, so I'm thinking I'll go for speed on the accessories. A bit of HP regen would also be nice to counter Rewind's drain.

Looks really good, though I might consider swapping Contrail with something else. Only thing that worries me is the bad thunder defense, but I could probably fix that with powder.

...I'm not sure how would it work for assassin but I can do max 10k+ damage with one spell...

 

Comparing this to the build Celsonic suggested:
-Hive chestplate has way worse mana regen than Aquarius, but it's other stats are all way better, especially that elemental defense. I'm not sure which would work better.
-I'm not sure about Sagittarius versus Vaward, Sagittarius would be annoying because of the negative HP regen, but would be better for damage.
-Capricorn is way better for my build than Wind Mimic
-Probably no Suppression
-Not sure about stormy versus cyclone

 

If you want to use Slider, don't use the Hive chest.

Nah, Vaward is better anyways.

Asher's Relic will give you more -mana steal, so idk if that matters, the -life steal will get countered by Rewind. I don't think Lighting Flash has any dex requirements, if it does I guess you can use Autotomized/Royal Cyclone.
I think this build has:
Up to 22/4s mana regen (so you can probably aim for spell damage on Aquarius as you'll have too much mana regen if you get max mr on everything)
Up to 105% walk speed (excluding necklace, and if you get max walk speed on everything)
Probably very bad health and elemental defenses, haven't really checked.

 

I've decided on Third Eye, Aquarius, Vaward, Capricorn for armor. I'll probably do Rewind / Slider for weapons. I'm still not sure what accessories would work best with the build. I don't think I need more mana regen than what I've got from armor and Rewind, so I'd prefer damage boosting or speed boosting accessories.

 

Preferably use 2 raging winds, Follow the Wind is optional, I don't know about the necklace.
Autotomized is always there

 

I think Royal Cyclone would be better than Automized, it's got more buffs than just walkspeed and no debuffs. Follow the Wind I don't really like the negative melee, I might use a bracelet with HP regen or lifesteal to increase my survivability. Raging wind is pretty good, but I think I threw my second one away.

I put all my points into INT and AGI, it's working pretty well for me.

Update: You can solo Qira pretty easily with this build if you get Slider.
Current build I have:
Slider / Rewind
Third Eye, Aquarius, Vaward, Capricorn
Detective's Ring (Trash need to replace), Raging Wind, Contrail, Royal Cyclone
All SP in INT and AGI
You need to chug a few health potions though, I think that's true for any build.

I don't think a rainbow ring fits this build very well.

 

icebreaker's youtube channel has quite a lot of assassin builds, i think he has a air assassin with decent walkspeed and mana
