That is my Entire set, I want to Prioritize Movement Speed and Dexterity, My Playstyle is more of a hit-and-run/Speed Fighter.
I Will Not Change my Helmet or my Chestplate, unless there is something much better.
I am open to changing my pants and boots, as well as rings and armlet.

Get clock pants
Your Chakram has +2 tier attack speed, but it is already Very Fast so that makes it go over Super Fast. That means that you can use armor that has -1 tier attack speed without being penalized at all. Clock Pants has that, and also massively buffs damage.

I'd probs use Spectre as the helmet and Sodeta Boots. Clock Leggings are very good, but using Crystal is reasonable as well.

It's a good set. Plus it's Nostalgic, I used to be an old wynncrafter.

None of these really fit with the rest of the set, or really help me significantly, but thank you for the suggestion
