    So recently I've found this texture pack that makes blocks transparent except the wireframe. It keeps the full texture of ores, chests and other valuable stuff. My question is: Can we get banned for using it?

    Yes, and I think you're a bit more likely to be caught than normal xray, since the block frames obstruct your vision, and you try to see around them.
