Mage/Dark Wizard (lv. 92) Fire Mage (with A Little Dex And Air)

First of all, before some people call this a bad Mage build because of damage, I need you to know:

- Every build I've tried (AT THIS LEVEL) has gotten me no more than 4k Meteor Damage
- This is the second build I have made, so still, don't judge

Alright the aim of this build is to get the average Mana Regen needed while maintaining the elemental damage of the elements of this build. And just FYI, Fire damage is the main build element, so here goes:

The Skill Points Needed:

Leggings:

Leggings of Desolation

Boots:

Memento

Accessories:

I don't know any yet, for now I'm just using Royal Stormy Amulet and random pieces of accessories, if you can recommend any fire damage, spell damage, or even melee damage accessories that are under level 92, please do!

Wands:

Main Weapon:

Bob's Mythic Wand
(Powders In Order)
#1 - 1x T4 Fire Powder
#2 - 1x T4 Thunder Powder
#3 - 1x T4 Air Powder
You can go up to T5 if you wish to

Secondary Weapon:

Antipode
Powders are your choice

You're looking for at least 1000 poison, 20% Melee Damage, 20% Spell Damage on the Leggings of Desolation. And atleast 3/4 Mana Regen on Memento and Third Eye.

The Damages:

Meteor: 6.5k - 8.5k
Ice Snake: (Untested)
Teleport: (Untested)

Well it techically does some fire damage. It's not really a fire build, though.
