   How mana steal works with an example: if you have 5/4 mana steal, it means for every mob you hit there's a % chance to get those 5 mana, and the way that % works means you receive that mana approximately every 4 seconds, but not always.

   Ok do one spell that hit multiple enemies count one time? And do - mana steal mean you have a chance of you loseing mana?
