    If you mean the attack cosmetic effects, you can turn them off at your compass > use menu > attack effects, and then select the current effect you have on, to toggle it off :)

    This does not work for me i still have the particles, I tried with the player effects and it worked fine but the attack particles wont go away.

    There is always a default attack particle for mage atleast, if you dont want particles go to options video settings and turn paricles to off
