You should do insanely high earth damage melee and spell damage, as well being sub-tank (All I know for an earth build for warriors are Earth and Fire type armors). If I can calculate with the melee combined, you should deal about around 7500 earth damage, if not even more like around 10k melee. On level 98, get Warchief. That should help boosting Alkatraz's Damage, quite drastically.
