Acquiring Credentials Problem

Either I'm an idiot or this quest is bugged.

I now have to infiltrate the administrational office to steal secret documents. I followed the red carpet parkour to get to the window you can break with a button. If I try to enter through the broken window I keep getting warped out because the guy standing there stops me.

 

What does your quest book say?
You might have skipped a quest stage by accident.

 

You need to go to the Administrator's Office and get a key from the guards. Throw the key in the hopper and you're in.

 

Try backtracking to the last step

 

I'm pretty sure the area you are in is for a different quest. The upper office with the parkour and windows is for the quest "Fallen Delivery". The office needed for "Acquiring Credentials" is different.

Go down near Doan and there will be an office that looks like a house. You will have to kill a security guard to get a key before you go in. Go into the basement of the office house and there will be a vault with a hopper to the side. Throw the key in the hopper and you can access the document.
