Warrior/Knight Help High Damage Earth Knight

It needs to be High Damage with Earth, can anyone help me?

 

level and budget?

 

Anything, for level 95 and lower. I just want to see my options.

 

I'm not sure about other things, but you definitely want Earth Breaker for the leggings.

That's all I know. I believe Alkatraz don't sell quite well, like average to 2 stacks(?) I assume, but don't judge me just because I don't even know it's actual price. This build should only help you out on your melee damage and tanking and not entirely on spell, though you could do decent earth damage with uppercut or bash together.
