Grinding To 101

    Lately I've seen that they added more grind spots and now I want to get to lv 101 just for the sake of it.
    So I have a few questions (Grinding as a Warrior):

    1. Where do I grind? (i could probably look it up myself but i lazy af)
    2. How long will it take?
    3. Should I go out of my way to equip something that does not have XP bonus for a certain weapon?
