At What Level Should I Finish Toa?

So now XP bonusses don't affect quests anymore, at what level should I finish ToA to get the highest amount of levels out of it?

 

It really doesn't matter what level you finish it at, as long as you have a party and good gear
But I suppose if you really want to know try finish it around the levels of 40-60

@Nyam answered me in-game, he said the that, assuming it works the same as before, you get the full amount of XP at level 60+ so I'm just gonna try it at level 60. Thanks for all the quick replies :D

 

Actually it does matter because every quest has like a expected level of the player. The more your own level differs from that level the less xp you get. Thats why you only get a single level when you finish ToA with a level 40 class.

 

Finished it at level 60 and 1% XP, got to level 61 and 14% XP ;-;
Kinda dissapointed

 

I finished it at level 60 WITH A PARTY.
I leveled up 3 levels 60-63, with double exp and a potion of wisdom.
Pretty good experience for me :D

Yeah before the update I usually got about 9 levels from it
