Potion Making Mission Broken

So, I'm having this problem with the mission like... I have finished the first task the assistant gives me which is getting 8 red mushrooms. Once I turned that in I think I clicked to fast or something but I went into the lab room and nothing happen, so I went to make sure if I right-clicked on him and it said get 8 red mushrooms again which I did but nothing happened this time so I can't continue on this quest in till it gets fixed. Thank you and hope you make bigger updates than you ever had before on this game! (And Yes, I have left and went back in the room many times)
