Need Admin Asap

I am in troms server 1, i haven't played this server in a couple years and i want to identify my items or something and it says it can't be re-identified? pls help

 

Go to the item identifier with a few Liquified emeralds or however much emerald you have, then right click the identifier NPC. Click all the items you want to identify then click the checkmark. You can do up to eight items at a time.

If he refuses identify an item, telling you it "cannot be reidentified" the item is bugged. You should save it in case it gets fixed, but there's nothing you can do right now to fix it.

it is a bob mythic and i want to use it, can an admin just come give me a new one or something?

wynn has a No Refund Policy. You can't get another one unless you do the quest again on another character

 

that's dumb that the game is broken and they won't fix it for me, especially since i have played on this server longer than a lot of the mods xd

 

We have a strict no refund policy, sorry. I've got two glitched Bob's mythics myself. The good news is that it's no longer the best weapon, so you can get a replacement that's better.

 

IF they gave you the item.... they would have to give everyone else their item, and you can easily manipulate the refunds by lying

 

The developers are working hard to fix bugs, they probably just haven't gotten to this one yet. I'd expect it will be fixed eventually. The no-refund policy was put in place due to players abusing refunds to get free items.
