What Is With Barrack Guard Xp?

I'm wondering why a Barrack Guard gives me 50-70 XP at lvl 100....

 

Apparently corrupted apples in the Detlas Suburbs give my lv94 warrior xp as well. I also think the random Nomads gave me xp.

For whatever reason, some mobs give xp regardless of level...

In the gameplay update, xp was tripled (around there)

I think these issues began occurring after the Gameplay Update. Now, if I'm in an area much lower than my level, I'll occasionally find a random mob that gives xp despite my high level.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it was intended to happen. I do know they fixed the Private Pilot, who used to have low health and gave about 70 xp per kill. I literally leveled my bank class to 17 by killing them. Now it has so much health it can't even be killed.

 

but im level 100..... killing a level 30...... It should give me 0, 3*0 = 0
