I Did Not Get My Daily Tier 2 Crate...

Both my brother and I bought Hero rank about 3 hours ago. I was told that the daily reset would happen and restore my used mob totems and then provide me with my crate. Just as I was told my mob totems where restored back to their full capacity of 6.
I checked to see if my crate was ready to open, it was not.. to my surprise my brother who bought the rank about 5 minutes after me laughed as he opened his tier 2 crate right in front of me. I'm hoping this will not continue to happen to me day after day, and it is a one time occurrence. But my question was, does anyone know if this can be fixed, or if I have to wait another day to open my crate.

Edit - I have re logged and switched servers, neither worked.

 

It takes 24 hours for those to reset.

 

Like I said, my brother received his crate, he bought hero the same time as me.

The first crate should not be affected by the 24 hour delay. After the first crate is opened, the 24 hour timer starts. Your brother did this fine, but you seemed to be missing your crate.

It may be possible that you "contracted" the issue of not receiving daily crates. I know another thread is having this issue, and I'm pretty sure there are others. My only advice is to wait 24 hours, and if the crate is still not there, contact "[email protected]" about the issue.

This is a bug that we are working on, should take another day or two before we push it out though.

 

At least you can use mob totems and GET crates ._.
