health regen is pretty much the worst

hetusol got a lot of health regen but still it lowers earth damage which is pretty much useless keklekekek

Grandmother should have the - hp regen cut off

i have 9k health with my build and the grandmother gets me too 1 health in 10 seconds which is horrible

If you have a grandmother with -259 or -260 hp regen you only need a max hp regen snail boots(or its the helm that has 260 idk)

 

It's part of the bow... But if you insist it's bad, I'll call the great @XavierEXE to give you other options

How about Oktavist, Hornet, or Juneberry?
Oktavist might be low level but it's pure earth and it packs a punch.
Hornet is a level 93 unique neutral bow with a crap ton of neutral damage and three powder slots. It's also got earth and fire damage IDs, so it can be quite the powerhouse.
Juneberry is slightly more defensive, it has earth and neutral damage and has water damage IDs for powder usage. Pretty good for a level 91 unique.
