Glitch/bug

I Know You Post This On Bug Report But You Need To Do A Register On GitHub or something. So I didnt.
So This Happend I Was In The Jungle Village Next To Trible Merchant. And I Buyd The Defence Mask
And I Try To Use It But I Cant Then I Check My Defence Skill And I Needed To Upgrade It So I Did And When I Close The Compass The Game Refreshes And When It Was Done The Factory Helmet/ Quest Item Was gone That i Hade on Me And I CANT Get A New One Beacuse Its A Quest Item so Rip. I need another one so i can do the later quests. Pls give Me One. Sorry for English I Cant So Mush :I. And My IGN Is LightBanana

 

I'm not sure how you lost the helmet, but try /fixquests.
