When it looks like a slab mostly it means the resource pack didnt load correctly

my bobs mythic spear was a diamond pick, and i was like... permanent or glitch... I wanted it to be permanent

 

My main wand is a diamond shovel even though I turned the textures off and I fucking hate it, it's only my Whimsy, and all my other wands with the same textures are NORMAL.
I just want my Whimsy back, I can't stand looking at a diamond shovel.
Weapon Textures are dumb :/

Yea idk what was happening but the medicine for the plague with kick in soon enough.

 

I'm pretty sure the shovel/pickaxe textures are because of the old texture pack. Deleting the files and re-downloading the pack should eliminate the shovel/pickaxe textures.

I will warn you that after you download the new texture pack, there will be a few mismatched item models, resulting in bows becoming slabs (and possibly a few others). I have a guide to fix that if you choose to download the new pack.
