Vip - Totems Not Working?

    I started playing Wynncraft when the new shop update came out and I was already a VIP but for some reason the mob-totems were not working and I know I am a VIP. This is quite short and concise but I do hope that someone know what is going on, Thanks.

    I have a similar issue: it says "you don't have any totems! You can purchase them with a rank at wynnrcraft.com/store"

    Well for me it says "No totems remaining. You can get them with a rank at wynncraft.com" but I do have VIP?
