So... I had a weird skill point glitch where I lost 5 soul points on death AND lost my 28% spell spectre and my 25% air gales force with 3 t4 powders on it 3% chance on both.

So! Now for the Buying Part!

Gales Force (25% and max air dmg, and only over 33% walk)
