Is Corkus Real And Are Minimaps Allowed? (voxelminimap)

Title says all. I really want a minimap so just waiting to see if its legal.
and i keep hearing random stuff about corkus in threads like people saying that i can find galleon's graveyard key guardians in corkus but idk where that is or if it is true at all..

 

the minimap is allowed once you disable the entity radar, and corkus isnt real

 

corkus is real but not yet added ingame and minimaps are alloud as long as they dont give away mob locations

Then some mods were saying Corkus was being built, whether they were being serious or joking is unknown to me.
