Sorry, but I would 99.9% prefer it without -tier attack. Just because this can majorly change your damage, especially with a rainbow defense build, already not doing that much damage.

 

I have gravity that meets all req except for hp regen

I agree, that is a good price, and it's a nice item, but I won't buy it for the single reason that I am trying not to spend a substantial amount of money, as I am saving up for a Freedom.
