I use to have a level 50 mage in the game, after coming back from a rather long absence I decided to reset everything, sometimes it best just to start fresh

Can't you get the account back in any way with mojang supports help? If you tried, how long did you wait for a reply from them (When did you send the support email?)?

 

Its not actually... The refund policy exists so people won't abuse it, for example, a guy wants 64le all he can do is say he lost 64le or just ask for mythical items and boom, instant money through abuse and with the no refund policy in place, it combats these.

No, they replied, but couldn't help, don't know why, they didn't explain way too much, didn't go into detail, but basically just said they couldn't do anything.

But I (kind of) have proof of having the stuff.

 

So do other people, but take into account that they can get a few items out of their bank take screenshots, then hide the items and therefore have duplicated items/money

 

Are you sure you made the support ticket properly?
Was your account migrated?
If you have the transaction ID you can always 100% get your account back. That is also pretty much the only way to get the account back... Tho I did once hear a guy get it back by giving a lot of other info (bank card number on which the purchase was made, id and other stuff).
Did you have the security questions? Could you reset the password that way? If the account had it's email changed or your email doesn't work for mojang (happened to me) use this form (requires security questions).

If you don't have the transaction id and can't really 100% fully prove that you bought the account and if you're missing the security questions, though luck, you lost all your items 4ever and there is 100% no way of ever EVER getting them back. Wynncraft is absolutely 100% no refunds. I mean, I had a video of me losing 45 le to a trade glitch. A VIDEO. 100% undeniable proof (it'd be almost impossible to fake that glitch and it was a known glitch [the trade window bug ;-;]) and I didn't get a single le back.
