How Long Is The Average Waiting Time For A Support Ticket?

I bought vip + but i never received it, so i sent a support ticket to get it fixed but have not heard anything. Now it has been 2 days without any answer.

I have a similar issue, being i bought VIP and got the goods on the server, but no tag on the forums.

For you got getting nothing in-game or on the forums, contacting Wynncraft Support and waiting is probably the best thing to do. It just takes time.

 

type /forum to get the tag on the forums

 

Update they contacted me about 3 hour ago, hopefully it will be fix soon.

 

I did sometime around when it was re-released. Even tried recently, "already linked" was said

you wait. When I did /forum when I had vip it worked, but when I bought vip+ I tried to do /forum, it said already linked, but in about 2 days I got my tag...
