How Do I Fix This????????

Quest: WynnExcavation Site C

Its the quest item i'm and old player and i got the item a while ago /fixquests wont help

 

The one time /fixquests DOESN'T give you purple shards is when you actually need them.
I have no idea how to fix this. My only idea would be to glitch them out of your inventory and see if it gives you working ones then, but that's risking losing them altogether.

You need to remove the quest item from your inventory and than do /fixquests. The way you drop quest items is by filling all your inventory slots, than taking half of your emeralds and placing them over the purple shards so that you have them "selected". Then simply close your inventory. Afterwards, a message should appear that you can not drop quest items but because you do not have a space in your inventory, it will disappear. Next, empty some inventory space and do /fixquests! Now, you should have your new shards in your inventory!

Spoiler: tl;dr

• delete the current ones
• use /fixquests to get new ones

I don't have a solution for you, sorry...but your map with entity tracking enabled is against the rules.

Just make a new class rip that's the only logical way

 

Go trough the cave at the end there is a giant crytal wait a bit and collect the crystals then talk to him.
The text is just a bug.

 

Put the shards in ur enderchest make a new class get the shards on this class and then delete it and do ./fixquests had the same problem and it worked
