    If i buy a upgrade for vip to vip+ will i get all the perks like the pets and xp bombs and shouts?

    it's basically buying VIP+ so yes, you will get everything VIP+ get, but it's just an upgrade from VIP making it cheaper

    Its not cheaper? 25 for VIP another 25 for upgrade.... last I checked 25+25=50 which is how much VIP+ is alone
