Archer/Hunter Stinger Build?

Stinger is trash, so help me un-trash this weapon.
Either go for a melee build or Melee + Spell.

How is stinger terrible? It's got ridiculously high damage for a weapon its level and tier, not even including the poison.

Well, Stinger is good, except for the massive negative stats. Other than that, it is great. Also, I guess it does make it more balanced that way

 

-Attack Speed Tier, it's already at Super Slow so that does nothing except prevent it getting any faster.
-1 Mana Steal is negligible, and if you're lucky you can get one without it.
-150 Health Regen? You have +200 life steal! If you shoot opponents, you get just as much health back as you lose holding it, plus you can wear other items to cover for that.

Plus, it's entirely neutral with no damage or skill penalties to anything, which means you can utilize ANY ELEMENT with it.

 

Well, it goes up to 4k at most with bomb.... 5k melee......

I guess in terms of neutral dmg, this is good as it gets. But is it possible to make it better?

 

i think u can solo qira if using raw spell build plus stinger no powders

 

I'll just do an earth/air build because why not.

Where do you even get shadestep?
