What's Better: Spell Dam % Or Elemental Dam %?

I'm just wondering, what is better for meteor damage?

Spell, because usually meteor is composed of multiple elemental damages

 

Elemental damage affects all damage you inflict, both elemental and melee, so in my opinion it is superior due to versatility.

Depends on the weapon and the build. Melee build elemental damage is ofc better, but in a spell build probably the spell dam %
